Talk to Witchcraft in the Millennium City Renaissance Center, near Defender

Things are heating up in Millennium City - Defender and Witchcraft need all of the assistance they can muster! To better help you fight the threats facing the city, Witchcraft has been able to tap into ancient rites to boost the rate at which your powers grow. The effect is only temporary, but it can help you unlock new potential.

If the effect wears off, return to Renaissance Center and Witcraft will refresh the boost if she hasn't been called away. You have until the stroke of midnight on November 1 to claim your Be-Witching Boost.

The Bonus XP buff will last 8 hours and grant you Double XP. If you talk to Witchcraft again you can refresh the buff. You can always get your XP buff refreshed as long as Witchcraft is around.
